The Universal Tensile Tester is designed to test a wide range of materials for
tension, compression, flexure, shear and peel properties.
1.RF-UD10K
is modern Universal Tensile Tester developed by REFOND. Comparing with other products on the market, it has large improvement in structure and performance. It solves a lot of problems faces by other products in application.
a)Fixtures are embedded with chips containing information about the fixture. System can identify them and prevent mismatch of fixtures during use.
b) Three cameras are installed on the base platform and the crosshead. Two are used to monitor and detect speci-men slippage at the clamp face. One is used for recording the test.
c) Crosshead can automatically move to different gauge length, no need of manual adjustment.
d) Cameras record the whole test procedure for future reference and reduces arguments.
e) Fixtures are detected and fixture collisions are prevented automaticallyf ) Fixtures are operated by two different air pressure to prevent injury.A lower pressure is used to first hold the specimen. A higher pressure is then used to firmly secure the specimen.
2.Core components such as loadcells, ball screws, and motors use high quality parts to ensure test accuracy and precision.
3.Optional 10N-10kN automatically recognized loadcells fulfill different testing requirements.
4.Computer controlled instrument. Specialized software provides wide varieties of features.
5.Data measurement and storage are done automatically. Data curves and reports can be exported.

3. Pneumatic Autoburst
Product Information
The Pneumatic Autoburst is so designed to determine the bursting
strength and distension of specimens at it burst point by using
pneumatic inflation method. Testing scope covers: woven, knitted
and non-woven fabrics, papers and carton boards by the application
of pressure load under a rubber diaphragm.
4. Crockmeter
Product Information
Crockmeter determines the color fastness of textiles to dry or wet rubbing. It includes counter, stainless steel clip, test finger (16mm diameter). Electronic crockmeter includes digital electronic pre-settable counter. It motorized for frequent use and long run tests. Max. stroke up to 9999 times.

LaboDry drying machine is designed to meet AATCC home laundering procedures.
1.LaboDry is designed to meet the parameters list in the Table VI of AATCC Laboratory Procedure 1.
2.The drying machine is controlled by touchscreen, which the following
parameters can be set or selected:
